Newly built room in masonry of about 20 square meters with covered terrace. We recommend it to a young couple. The room consists of a single room with double bed, fridge, desk and bathroom. The room is located on a second floor accessible only by external staircase.
INCLUDED IN THIS TYPE the courtesy kit for personal hygiene and toilet paper will be inserted every day and daily cleaning will be carried out from Monday to Friday at set times.

New masonry room (32 sqm) on the raised floor with a covered terrace overlooking the pine forest. Single space with a double bed, bunk bed, fridge, desk, and large bathroom (no kitchen). Ideal for families or couples, not suitable for 4 adults. Sandy beach 150m away via pedestrian crossing. Blankets not provided. Pets allowed with a surcharge (pool area excluded). Tourist tax excluded.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THIS TYPE room cleaning and replenishment of toiletries/toilet paper carried out from Monday to Friday.
